MBA from a recognized university

Overall work experience of 9-12 years, preferably in similar organizations, Banks, Investment Banks, global reference data / settlement / PnL / Middle office functions relating to Fixed Income, Equities, EDG

·         Experience in similar capacity - independently managing location and functions, will definitely be an advantage

·         Good understanding of reference data - counterparty & various instruments & assets

·         Good understanding of IB products - FI, equities, GEM

·         Good understanding of front office, middle office, PnL, Risk, settlement functions

·         Knowledge of external reference data systems - Bloomberg, ADP, REUTERS, ALERT

·         Knowledge of global settlement & depository agencies and functions

·         Understanding of technology and its nuances; comfort & ease in partnering with tech teams

·         Project management experience is desirable

·         Knowledge and appreciation of criticality of instrument reference data, its linkage to downstream systems, impact on other teams, processes & systems
