Job Description:
- To work with our esteemed customer to bring up mobile phones.
- Provide support in the Integration (& Enhancement) of BT Stack with Customer MMI.
- To analyze customer issues and provide solutions quickly in BT Area.
Mandatory Technical Expertise/ Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Bluetooth Protocol & Profiles (up to 4.0).
- Sound Debugging Skills with Lauterbach & ETMs
- Proficiency in C & Data Structure.
- Exposure to ARM7/9 based mobile platforms
- Good Hands-on – Clear case.
Preferred Technical Expertise/Skills:
Have worked on direct customer support area (for technical issues)
Perforce
Knowledge in the area of Protocol Stack and Drivers
Experience Required
2 – 4 yrs of relevant experience.
Education
BE/ B.Tech /or Masters in Engineering.
