Senior/Staff Engineer – Power Drivers
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work with our esteemed customer to bring up next generation mobile phones with backup of platform driver teams.
Responsibilities includes
b) Technically very proficient and should be able to work independently to solve complex Power related SOC issues.
c) Customizing of power management device drivers for new devices, platforms.
d) System level analysis for power saving.
e) Identify methods/algorithms for power savings with respect to complete system.

Skills/Experience
1) Applicants should have 4+ years of post-graduate industry experience in system and device driver development in Mobile phone platforms.
2) Sound Knowledge of ARM Internals.
3) Excellent "C" programming and RTOS programming skills.
4) Target Debugging Skills using JTAG, Lauterbach, and ETM Trace.
5) Expertise in HW Signal monitoring using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer.
6) Able to review board level schematics and identify problems.
7) Knowledge of architectures.
8) Knowledge of L1 layer for 2G/3G is a added advantage.
9) Knowledge of current measurement tools on some of the platforms is plus
