Process Manager SPR, Financial Service, Mumbai :
Function / Team name – SRP (Strategic Reengineering Program )
Designation – Process Manager
Introduction - SRP (Strategic Reengineering Program ) is a Multi year Program which includes various Projects like
- DCPP
- One Platform Rates
- Clearing
- Market Initiatives & OTC Trade Warehouse
Key Objective of the Role – Data Analysis, Test Planning & Test Execution
Testing Function will include the following responsibility :
- Performing limited scope and end to end system tests
- Developing test scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined workflows and use cases.
- Process transactions from system entry to exit and check the end to end flow
- Working with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing and prepare that data for the test cases.
- Documenting Test procedures and Findings
- Assist design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts
Analysis Function will include the following responsibility :
- Analysis of the trade Life cycle
- Analysis of derivatives trade products & suggesting system enhancements
- Reconciliation of data from the Source file and the data reflecting in the system
- Reconciliation of data flowing in from one system to another.
Requirements for

Key Skills Required
- Good Knowledge of Derivatives and Derivatives Products
- Graduate with 8+ years Exp. Preferable with Finance Background.
- Experience in managing a big team
- Good analytical skills
- Strong PC skills — Excel skills, Access skills desirable
- Deadline oriented
- Quick learner and capable of grasping nuances of products and implications of their processing requirements
- Any experience of system migration is useful
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Interpersonal skills
- Partnership/Relationship Building Skills
- Ability to proactively think, anticipate changes / issues, plan efficiently and execute effectively
