- Extremely strong distributed written and spoken English
- Strong ability to simplify explanation of technical issues & issue formal improvement proposals
- Strong experience designing / automating unit testing
- Strong experience implementing software lifecycle processes & approaches
- Strong experience documenting & implementing large scale functional end user tests
- Strong process analysis & reporting skills
- Strong previous experience running end user and support staff technical training
- Experience in a customer relationship management role
- Experience as a software developer
- Experience as a unix or database support member
- Experience of working in InfoSec or Risk management roles (auditor, pen testing, etc)
- Experience with client/server applications
- Excellent technical knowledge gained from a hands on role within a global organisation. Skills must be current and include;
- 1 years experience as a technical author
- 1 years experience providing training to end users / technical support staff
- Minimum of degree level education
- Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously
- Willingness to be self critical, assess deficiencies in code or process and propose solutions
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
