Roles and responsibility for
Team Lead-IB Operations , Financial Service, Mumbai :
MMO looks after AXJA marketers arranged transactions/products/
The team member, senior professional, in Mumbai will be sitting among the Mumbai Rates marketers(Front Office).
- Will work closely with marketers, business managers, and various Operations teams for external and internal queries on trade structure, confirmation, settlement, event monitoring (e.g. Option expiry and fixing coupon.)
- Will produce various MIS, such as outstanding confirmation, failed settlement
- Will manage small to medium projects to improve current processes
Requirements for
Team Lead-IB Operations , Financial Service, Mumbai :
Basic requirements:
Post Graduate/ Qualified CA with minimum 2 years IB Operations experiences, exposure to projects, articulate and being able to hand and communicate sensitive issues with external clients, senior Sales people, and operation teams around world. Being able to work under high pressure, with minimum supervision. (with the right qualification, this person may be made the team leader in 6 months.)
