Designation – Team Leader 

Key Objective of the Role – Data Analysis, Test Planning & Test Execution  

Testing Function will include:

1. Performing limited scope and end to end system tests
2. Preparation of testing strategies documentations
3. Develop and Review the created by the team members test scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined workflows and use cases. Process transactions from system entry to exit
4. Working with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing and prepare that data for the test cases.
5. Review the documented test procedures and test findings
6. Assist design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts

Analysis Function will include the following responsibility :

1. Analysis of the trade Life cycle
2. Analysis of derivatives trade products & suggesting system enhancements
3. Reconciliation of data from the Source file and the data reflecting in the system
4. Reconciliation of data flowing in from one system to another.

Key Skills required

1. 3  to 4  years of experience in the derivative business
2. Being a Subject Matter Expert on the process / product you would work upon
3. Acquire knowledge of the various source and target systems
4. Graduate from a Finance Background.
5. Good analytical skills
6. Strong PC skills — Excel skills, Access skills desirable
7. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
8. Deadline oriented
9. Quick learner and capable of grasping nuances of products and implications of their processing requirements
10. Should be willing to work in shifts
