Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing Business Financials/Headcount and reporting
2. Tracking & Reporting Headcount for the business
3. Coordinating with Various Business managers/Project Managers for explaining financials/headcount and collating information related to projects and Head count
4. Preparing Dashboards for senior leadership of the Bank
5. Responsible for Planning & Forecasting Process for the Business
6. Interaction with Senior Leadership to understand Business Requirements and proactively addressing those
7. Managing/handling pressure situations especially responding timely on adhoc queries from senior management within the Bank
8. Managing team of 6-10 people effectively along with their appraisal, one on ones etc
1. Good academic background ¿ Post Graduate / Accountant qualification
2. 5-6+ years of experience in Management, Statutory Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting Process
3. Strong Communication Skills ¿ need to be very clear and articulate. Should be assertive and proactive in communication
4. Strong Spreadsheet and Presentation skills
5. Good Finance Process knowledge is Must
6. Self motivated & a strong leader

Should be self starter and be Proactive
