1.       Roles & Responsibilities – include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives

The KYC Team Member is expected to deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Understand the firm’s KYC /AML procedures and policies that need to be complied with and the KYC

systems and databases that hold KYC information and records.

• the completeness of a client’s kyc (Know Your Customers) documentation and information  and identify missing documentation/ information  that needs to be obtained.

• Check KYC requirements are fully met  in accordance with KYC/AML policies and procedures and ensure

gaps are appropriately highlighted and closed prior to marking KYC as complete on a client record.

• Management Reporting as required.

• Graduates with   2-3 years operational experience in Financial services industry preferably IB. Prior
• Experience in KYC operations would be very desirable.
• Very good comprehension, Investigative and Research capabilities with a sharp eye for detail.
• An Inquiring nature/mindset , logical thinking , ability to make decisions and strong on controls.

• Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data and information
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience on reading, interpreting and/or creating legal/regulatory documentation would be an added advantage

• Experience in managing multiple deliverables and high pace workload.
• Self starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively.
• Ability to maintain very high quality standards without impacting throughput.
• For Sponsorship excellent report wiring skills would be required.
