Wealth Management- Infrastructure, Technology & Project Management:

 

 

WM Mumbai Operations has a large presence and requires operations leadership/expertise in managing large teams and delivering some key projects in a matrix environment. The current position is for an AVP role that shall be looking at managing and ensuring delivery of some very specialized infrastructure & technology related projects for the AWM Tech & Ops team.

 

  • Direct & manage the activities of an internal infrastructure and technology teams charged with strategy and governance in an outsourced infrastructure, telephony and networked supplier environment.

Job responsibility includes -

  • Evolving the vendor relationships while pushing for innovative, cost effective solutions and services for the client.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for projects and support related to the application services technology area.
  • Manage infrastructure exception process for application services.
  • Evaluate and manage application services ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for infrastructure products and educate executives and business users on those products.
  • Develop and manage annual plan components and budget.
  • Lead, develop, and participate in the creation of infrastructure technology, strategy, and direction.
  • Consult with business units on new requirements and develop and deliver solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Complete product evaluations, integration, and on-going product management for components of the infrastructure.
  • Define policy and standards as it relates to infrastructure technology.
  • Conduct full life cycle technology management, including performing cost/benefit analysis.
  • Provide reporting related to infrastructure technology, roadmaps, services and chronic problems.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Develop and manage cost reductions and demand management initiatives.
  • Analyze key financial, project and service management metrics and draw conclusions to be presented to senior management.
  • Change Management support and ownership for a specific technology.
  • Budget ownership for application services technology area and resolve open issues with vendors.
  • Develop and participate in staff development programs.

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Systems
