  • Executes complex independent problem solving. 
  • Demonstrates technology and team leadership. 
  • Designs, implements, and communicates solutions with minimal supervision. 
  • Facilitates business calls for high severity incidents. 
  • Requires experience or understanding of multiple programming languages and systems as well as system design and project management methodology. 
  • Must have experience in production support role
  • Provides daily production support to operation staff
  • Performs production data patching as quick fix for production problem
  • Follow-ups all kinds of production problem in night batch, with internal and external parties. Analysis the root cause of production problem. Designs & implement temporary and permanent solution for fixing production problem. Answers user inquiry
  • Plans and implements infrastructure upgrades and migrations
  • Coordinates UAT testing and production change activity
  • Supports yearly business continuity testing activity
Requirements for Weblogic admni, Financial Service, Bangalore :

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Requires 5+ years of IT work experience in weblogic administration.
  • Strong background on Unix or linux platforms and Client Server applications deployment.
  • Proficient application integration
  • Proficient infrastructure product knowledge
  • Proficient technical problem resolution
  • Proficient communication
  • Proficient problem management skill
  • Knowledge on BEA(now oracle) Weblogic server ver 8 or ver 9
  • Domain creation in Weblogic Server
  • Writing start/stop/maintenance scripts for Weblogic Server
  • Non-console mode Deployment experience in Weblogic Server
  • Clustering in Weblogic Server
  • Apache Configuration, proxy configuration
  • Weblogic server performance fine tuning
  • JVM performance Fine tuning
  • Writing Unix shell scripts
  • Familiar with all the Unix shell commands.
  • Working knowledge of any Source Code control
